Welcome to Spirit Rising Coaching. By purchasing our assessments, coaching, or consulting services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase:

1. Service Agreement

By purchasing services, you agree to engage Spirit Rising Coaching, a licensed business in Illinois, to provide the specified coaching, assessment, or consulting services. These services are designed to empower individuals and teams to achieve personal and professional growth.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Payments are non-refundable except in cases outlined under Section 5 (Cancellations and Refunds).
  • Payment processing will comply with applicable local and federal regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You commit to active participation in the coaching or consulting process
  • You are responsible for completing any assignments or actions agreed upon during the course of services.

4. Confidentiality

Spirit Rising Coaching values your privacy and will not disclose any personal or business information shared during coaching or consulting sessions, except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session to qualify for rescheduling or credit.
  • Refunds are only issued for services canceled by Spirit Rising Coaching or in cases where services cannot be delivered as described.
  • Missed sessions or cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable.

6. Use of Assessments

  • Assessments provided through Spirit Rising Coaching are proprietary and for your personal or organizational use only.
  • Redistribution or unauthorized sharing of assessment materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Spirit Rising Coaching is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken as a result of coaching or consulting sessions.
  • Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in Illinois courts.
